Hello,
I purchased the HP M120 Wireless Mouse two months ago. It worked perfectly until last week, but recently, the optical reader has been glitching, causing the entire mouse to stop functioning intermittently.
The product box clearly states that the mouse comes with a 3-year warranty, but when I tried to access warranty services on the HP customer support website, it does not acknowledge my product. Whenever I enter the serial number, it shows as "incorrect serial number".
After reading about similar issues faced by others with this series of HP wireless mice, it seems like this is a serious and persistent problem that requires immediate attention.
Could someone from HP please assist in resolving this issue or guide me on how to claim the warranty for my product?
