Product: HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC

Having problems with windows11. Decided to reinstall. Created usb installation media. Tried to install but after is said computer would restart several times when it got to installed 100% first time and rebooted it just keeps on rebooting. If try again says it looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media. If you want to continue with the upgrade , remove the media from your PC and click yes. If you want to perform a clean installation instead click no.

 

No gets back eventually to the same situation. Yes also keeps rebooting and getting nowhere
