Hello to all guys,
due to a virus I deleted all partitions and formatted the drive, previously there was W10 Home installed, 32 bit
Now W10 is impossible to successful install it back, don't ask me why, here a list of the steps:
- W10 installation starts via USB
- As soon as you're prompted to connect it to internet, as soon as this happen it stops to respond for several minutes (pointer stops, keyboard not working)
- after more than one hour the installation complete successful but
a) the system freeze randomly, for several minutes
b) no audio detected at all
c) windows report that the screen is not touch capable
I try to install W8.1 using the same win key stored into the BIOS but it is not accepted, if I use a key rescued from internet, just to continue the troubleshooting, the screen touch is not working and as soon as you update the ELAN drivers via WU you can waste the device
I was wondering if there is an original HP ISO for this device, I'm not interested about which windows it should be capable, but I would to recover back this device, if it is possible.
What do you think? Thanks in advance
