Unable to continue with HP Sure Recover encountered error:
HP Sure Recover (2.30.2871)
Network error. Please check the network connection, make sure that the system time and time zone are accurate, and then try the recovery process again.
FYI. im trying to factory reset the device but unable to with reset pc option on recovery environment or in windows. Bitlocker key is lost(can't recover) and can't login since device has been deleted in Azure AD. Please help!
