Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs2093nl
Hi everyone, I have a serious audio issue with my HP Pavilion 15 cs2093nl. Since February 2, 2025, my laptop suddenly stopped detecting any audio devices. In the taskbar, the volume icon has a white X, and in the Windows audio settings, it says "No audio output device is installed".
- Bluetooth headphones work fine.
- Wired headphones are not detected.
- Realtek Audio appears in Device Manager, but sound doesn’t work.
- Intel Audio for Displays is present.
- No other devices are present in the controllers section.
- The BIOS emits sounds when pressing invalid keys, so the hardware seems to work.
What I have already tried (without success)
- Checked Windows Services: Windows Audio service is running.
- Reinstalled Realtek Audio driver from HP’s official website.
- Ran DISM and SFC scans to repair corrupted system files.
I have no idea what to do, I've tried a few more things but these are what i remember since I've been trying to fix this for a couple of weeks now.
Thanks in advance for any help!
