I am facing an issue with my laptop's audio. When I try to decrease the volume, the percentage shown on the screen changes, but the actual sound level remains the same. The volume does not decrease even though the indicator shows a lower percentage.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Disabled audio enhancements (but the option was not available).
- Reinstalled and updated the audio drivers.
- Ran the Windows audio troubleshooter.
- Restarted Windows Audio services.
Despite all these attempts, the issue persists. Please provide a solution to fix this problem.
