I am facing an issue with my laptop's audio. When I try to decrease the volume, the percentage shown on the screen changes, but the actual sound level remains the same. The volume does not decrease even though the indicator shows a lower percentage.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Disabled audio enhancements (but the option was not available).
  2. Reinstalled and updated the audio drivers.
  3. Ran the Windows audio troubleshooter.
  4. Restarted Windows Audio services.

Despite all these attempts, the issue persists. Please provide a solution to fix this problem.
