Help please ive done all the steps from HP recovery tool to individual driver downloading my audio device is not detected or showing, I never opened my laptop, did a new install of windows and now all is kind of okay after recovery tool, but still no audio device even detected not even at device manager please help!

 

Ill do anything for some help please guys!
