HP Recommended

My laptop keeps popping out with "hpStatusAlert quit unexpectedly".  I can't click send report, because it will have the laptop lagged and won't even send out the report. If I click "ignore", it will just pop out again. 

 

I literally just bought a new laptop, and have the newest IOS update, and the alert from my old Mac still pops out in my new laptop.. I've also tried doing the uninstall, didn't work.
