All my other eligible Windows 11 systems months ago received the update to Windows 11 24H2 through Windows update.

 

Only one system, an HP Envy Desktop (HP ENVY Desktop TE01-2700ng) currently running Windows 11 23H2 (Windows 11 Home 64-Bit Version: 22631.5335) has never been offered that update to 24H2 and doesn't even get it now, where Microsoft says since 2nd May that it is now generally available.

 

It gets all the monthly cumulative 23H2 updates but never the 24H2 update.

 

Any idea why that still happens, given that 24H2 since May 2nd is said to be generally available?

 

Any other user of that system that also sits on 23H2 without getting the 24H2 update or any other user of that system that already got the 24H2 update (finding someone who runs it safely would ease me into perhaps using Microsoft's Windows 11 installation assistant to go to 24H2 instead of waiting forever for Windows Update to offer it).
