  • Dear HP Support Team,

    I am the owner of an HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop. My system is currently locked due to a forgotten BIOS administrator password. After three incorrect attempts, it only shows “System Locked” and does not provide any recovery code or SpareKey option.

    Kindly assist me in resetting the BIOS password. I am ready to provide proof of ownership including the serial number and purchase invoice if required.
