Greetings,

I apologize if I have  this in the incorrect forum. If so, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please post in the correct forum.

Computer support

I am trying to download HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI - v10.2.0.0 but am unable to find it. One link that listed it brought me to SHOP HP. When going into my BIOS it told me that the UEFI Diags were out of date.

 

In any event I have an HP Laptop (HP Laptop  14-fq0110wm (5Z7Y9UA), Product number: 5Z7Y9UA) and went to run some extensive memory tests (Esc --> F2--Scroll down). At the top of the diagnostics page was a notification stating the diagnostics were out of date and to go to a URL that was as long a my arm. None the less I went there and that URL also resolved to 'SHOP HP''. I double checked the URL and it had it accurate.

 

Does anyone know where I can obtain the updated Diags? The BIOS is up to date.

 

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
