I recently purcahsed a HP SLS Pro S3 and today was going to be my first day of use.
Following the start up guide, I tried to start the HP_3D_Scan_Setup_5.1.0.exe application. After I run it as an administrator and select my language an Error window apears that says " The soure file is corrupted." with no other option other than to press 'Ok'
To verify if it was my laptop or the key I attemtped to run in on my desktop that also runs Windows but the issue occured. Is this repairable? Can it be replaced? I really would like to use my 3D scanner soon.

I have the problem with my USB key license, and it doesn´t work. I can´t open or use software, I think USb get infected with virus or maybe files were deleted. Please help me with files for USb key license.

Scan USB memory with Antivirus software!
1- Run Command Promt for admin.
2 - type the path to your command line. Example: H: enter
3- Run attrib -h -s / d / s *. *.
4- Copy the files that appear in the memory to the main directory.
I hope the problem is solved.
