Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000 (172M9AV)

Hello Community, I'm looking your suggestion on the following items

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Does HP ENVY x360 13M-BD0063DX  (with Intel 11th gen cor i5-1135G7 @2.40GZ,2419Mhz 4 cores, 8 logical processor) supports an upgrade where when started a laptop my laptp consuming CPU 25% and memory 80%+ always. Tried various option by going thorough some insights and stopped the various service but still issue persist.

Hi @13M-BD0063DX 

 

 

The memory cannot be upgraded, it is soldered on the motherboard, this happens in most of the 13 and 11 inch laptops

 

check in task manager processes which application consumes the most memory

 

.
