HP OmniDesk Desktop PC M02-0000a (A9RU1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When I turn on the computer, the PC displays "Preparing Automatic Repair". Then "Diagnosing", and the appears a blue screen saying, "Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC". I can't seem to get out of this loop.
  Any suggestions highly appreciated.

How did this happen? Did it start after a recent update? Do you have any important data on your laptop? You can go to Advanced options and perform a System Restore to a previous restore point.
