The user manual of my monitor HP Z34c G3 explains that in order to use Windows Hello, I must download the Windows Hello driver from the HP support website.

Manual says:

Download HP Windows Hello software driver from http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/products.

No matter how much I search, I cannot find it. Any help?

Hi @AlexRi

Windows Hello is part of the Windows operating system. If you do not have an IR webcam, you cannot use Windows Hello.

To verify this, open Device Manager, go to webcam, and check that you have two drivers: one is normal and the other should say IR.

My monitor has an IR camera and (aledgedly) supports Windows Hello. As mentioned, the manual explains how to download the Hello driver, but I cannot find it at the location linked to.
