Hi Guys, sorry if this has been asked before but each time I switch on / reboot my pc the following message appears, even though I have previously installed the update. Any ideas?

- Does the installation appear to complete successfully, or does it fail midway?
- Have you noticed any display issues (brightness, color profiles, etc.) since this started?
Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Uninstall and reinstall HP Display Control: Go to Apps & Features in Windows, uninstall HP Display Control, then download and reinstall the latest version directly from the HP Support site.
- Clear HP Support Assistant cache: Sometimes the tool doesn’t recognize completed updates. Open HP Support Assistant, check for updates again, and clear any pending update history.
- Check Windows Updates: Make sure your system is fully updated, as missing patches can cause conflicts with HP utilities.
- Run HP Hardware Diagnostics: Restart your PC and press F2 to run diagnostics. This ensures there are no underlying hardware issues affecting the display.
- BIOS and driver updates: Visit the HP Support page for your model and confirm that BIOS and graphics drivers are up to date, as outdated drivers can trigger repeated update prompts.

I get also the same pop up every time i start my PC. The file downloads and runs but it does not go to step 2, and it keeps popping up every time i start my PC.
I cant find this software on the HP website and no help from HP.
How can I locate and download this HP display control version 4.9.25.0 ? And how can I get rid of that pop up?
