Issue is still here. It is hardware issue, not scanning from flatbed. However we have wasted more than 4 hours with HP support tech, however issue is still there. 
I want to escalate the issue

Thank you for reaching back out. I’m sorry to hear that the issue is still unresolved. Based on the details shared, it appears that the printer is registered under two different names. In cases like this, where the product shows a different registered name, could you please confirm if this is a personal printer or if it’s being used by multiple people?
 

Additionally, if you have any current case numbers, please share them so I can look into this further and assist you better.
