Pardon the noob question: How do I @mention a member in my reply? I've tried the typical methods from other boards but no luck. I've been through the Welcome board and search didn't turn up anything.

Hi:

It's a very good question.

The @ Mention feature won't work for you because you have not made enough posts or answered enough questions to rise to the forum level you need to be in order to use the @ mention feature.

Here is a link which explains what you can do on this forum at what level:

About Community Rank Levels, Points and Privileges - HP Support Community - 7279573

Looks like you have to be at a level 6 to be able to @ mention another forum member.
