What is the problem with your Flash Drive. You can do a very simple way

 

(a) Download ISO file from the following link and save on your machine

 

          https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

 

(b) Mount ISO file on your machine and run setup as Administrator

  mountISO.png

(c) Follow on screen instructions

Sorry ,but just like i said i did every ways to reinstall it with the Microsoft Service's It's not working look at this photo .Just for you to know right now i have no Operating System on my laptop but i have a Flash Drive with The windows media installation.

You did NOT download the right ISO file as I mentioned above. Did you download ISO file and run setup as I said above ?
