Sometimes I can get through to HP live chat; actual HP people who are knowledgeable and nice and helpful.  But most of the time when I try to live chat, I get this Limitless thing.  The people on there don't do anything except say someone will contact you but no one ever does.  It is like an answering service; they don't actually do anything to help you when you have a problem.  I  am baffled as to why HP uses them unless it is to deflect customers wanting help.  That is certainly not good customer service.  I am just at my wit's end trying to get any help from them online.

If anyone knows how to get hold of actual HP employees doing live chat customer service, please tell me how. I've tried a dozen links and can only get Limitless so therefore have to phone.  I prefer live chat because I like things in print for proof of what was promised to me; instructions, links etc.
