HP OmniBook 5 16 inch Laptop Next Gen AI PC 16-ag1000 (AQ6Z6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Omnibook 5 keeps showing a blue screen that says it needs to complete a complete memory training over and over.

I contacted HP technical support which tells me it is outside business hours. It is not outside business hours. There are no agents available and I cannot leave a callback number.

Please tell me how I can reach technical support since AI agent SAGE says it is always outside business hours.

Thank you,

Sharon
