Hello Community,
I recently had my computer upgraded, but unfortunately, I encountered a serious problem: the technician in charge abused my trust and made unauthorized modifications to my system. I own an HP Pavilion - 15-cs0064st (Product: 4AG15UA, Serial: 5CD9032FDN), and I need to confirm what the original factory configuration was.
I have attempted to contact HP support to obtain the manual and the official specifications for my device, but I haven't received a satisfactory response. My goal is to secure the official documentation that details how my computer came from the factory so I can compare and claim what is rightfully mine.
I appreciate any information, experiences, or suggestions on how to obtain these details. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to proceed in retrieving this information?
Thank you for your help.

Hundreds of them around (from 0000aa to 0999zz). Very hard for me to find out which one. Sorry, why you have to do that hard ? Normally 2x4GB should run dual channels, likely better than 1x8GB which is single stick but that is much easier to upgrade.
Regards.

The guy made me pay for those RAMs, saying they were brand new HP RAMs. That's the first wrong thing there. He stayed with my HDD and the two other supposed RAMs. And for the SanDisk he put he only gave me 1 year of garanty even when the manufacturer gives you 3, he didn't gave me the box of any new part. I have to take proof to the consumer defense that he did everything wrong. Because they don't know anything about computers(like me) and he keeps shooting facts that only he understands and that way he wins.

What are you trying to say ? HP uses RAM from few different vendors therefore depending on available stock, one machine may not use same RAM with others (specially not on same batch).
