<p>Dear Sir/Madam,</p>

<p>
I am writing to bring to your kind attention an issue concerning the HP laptop
(<strong>Model:</strong> HP NBPC 14-FC0100TU,
<strong>Invoice No:</strong> AIVM/25260451) that I purchased on
<strong>25th July 2025</strong> from Asian Infotech, New Delhi. Kindly refer to the
attached invoice for complete purchase details.
</p>

<p>
I have observed that the laptop is generating <strong>excessive heat</strong> even during
normal usage for a few hours. Moreover, the <strong>battery backup is significantly low</strong>,
which is impacting my day-to-day work.
</p>

<p>
Upon further inspection, I checked the browsing history and was surprised to find traces of
usage dating back to <strong>February 2025</strong>, much before the date of purchase. Additionally,
I have noticed that the <strong>warranty</strong> of the laptop is valid only up to
<strong>23rd September 2025</strong>, which is unusually short considering that the laptop
was purchased in July 2025.
</p>

<p>
These findings raise concerns that the laptop may not have been brand new at the time of delivery.
I kindly request you to verify the product credentials
