Hi @cw357

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for reaching out about resetting your PIN. I’ll help you get this sorted smoothly. To guide you accurately, I just need a few details:

  1. Which device or product are you trying to reset the PIN on? (e.g., printer control panel, HP App, Windows login, etc.)
  2. What exactly happens when you try to reset it? Are you seeing any error messages or prompts?
  3. Is this a personal device or part of a work/school setup?
  4. Have you previously set up a PIN successfully, or is this your first time configuring it?

Once I have this information, I’ll walk you through the right steps tailored to your situation.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
