Can I get this device below reset in the OBI system.  The unit is connecting and the echo test does work.  I have not been able to get this device connected with Google admin.  It shows offline.  I have worked with Google but no luck getting this connected.

 

Can I get this device reset in the OBI system.  I thought this might help with the connection issue.   The MAC address is 9CADEF840396.
