In this post, sc00p was getting streaky and faded printing when he tried to print multiple pages. The printing was always fine on the first page, but it deteriorated as the print job continued. He knew that his ink level was fine, and the test page looked great.
Bob_Headrick asked him to ensure that the cartridges were vented properly, and provided instructions to reseat the cartridges and clean them to clear out any air bubbles. After sc00p performed the cleaning, he said "kudos to you, and as far as I'm concerned, this is solved." As a parent of two toddlers, I got a chuckle out of his "bubbles in the tummy" comment. 🙂
Now on to the list of Top 20 Posters - it is phenomenal this week. Due to the highly successful Expert Day event, this week we set a record for the most posts made on the HP Support Forum. We had SIX members who posted more than 100 times this week!
Pankay posted an unbelievable 498 times (!!!) this week. WOW. Vidya is in 2nd place, with 324 posts (also incredible!). DavidPK and Bob_Headrick are in 3rd and 4th, both with over 200 posts.
Well done to all of the newbie and seasoned contributors who made the list, and thank you to anyone who helped someone out on the boards this week. We hope everyone enjoyed Expert Day. Get excited for the next HP Expert Day, which will be coming to the HP Support Forum on June 22-23, 2011.
