Hello @vinu14, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

It sounds like you've tried a number of troubleshooting steps already. Here are a few more suggestions that might help resolve the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) issue on your Poly headset:

Check ANC Settings in Poly Lens App:

  • Ensure that the ANC is enabled and set to your desired level. In the Poly Lens App, navigate to the settings for ANC and try switching between different ANC modes. You may find modes such as Adaptive, Standard, or Off. Experiment with these to see if they make a difference.

Ensure Proper Fit:

  • The effectiveness of ANC can greatly depend on the fit of the earbuds or headset. Make sure the earbuds seal well within your ears or that the headset is snug, as an improper fit can affect noise cancellation performance. Try using different sizes of ear tips if available.

Environmental Factors:

  • Some ambient sounds may be harder to cancel out than others. Test the ANC functionality in various environments to ensure it's not an issue with specific types of noise.

Software Compatibility:

  • If you are using softphone applications or other software that interacts with the audio settings, check for any software-specific settings that may influence how audio and ANC are managed. Ensure that the Poly software is compatible with any third-party software you are using.

Device-Specific Settings:

  • Different devices like workstations and iPhones may interact differently with audio hardware. Ensure that all device-specific settings, especially those related to sound and Bluetooth, are correctly configured.

Take care and have an amazing day!
