Hello Support,

I cannot update my BT700 USB Adapter for my Poly Voyager Focus 2 Series.

The upgrade button is grayed out and I am getting an error message that an upgrade cannot be performed during a call.

I am not even using my headset. I do not see an option to manually upgrade either.

Can someone help?

Hi @Marj0322, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

Kindly try to re-install the poly lens application, and then try to update the USB adaptor and make sure the USB adaptor is not paired with the headset during the upgrade.

If the issue still exists, kindly try the Plantronics Hub application to update the USB adaptor. Follow the below link to download Plantronics hub application

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
