The only way works are in App "Plantronics HUB" 3.25 version / BT700 to 0.0.852.4321

 

I hope that the next updates to the BT700 are correct in the poly less APP

Hello cat1234567, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly BT700.
Could you please uninstall the Poly Lens application and reinstall it and try updating the firmware once again else please uninstall the Lens and install the Plantronics Hub, connect the headset to the PC and try updating the firmware.
