I can see the update available in the Poly App but I am getting an error when attempting to update:

 

"Software Update Failed Uh oh. We have a problem, The software update didn't successfully complete."

 

Attempting to update from 0.0.550.3389 to 0.0.852.4301

Hi,

Welcome to the HP Poly Community!

 

Please follow the below troubleshooting steps:

  1. Connect the BT700 directly to the PC USB port and avoid using a docking station.
  2. Ensure your internet speed is stable.
  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Poly Lens application.
  4. Try updating the BT700 using a different PC.

Same issue. BT700 directly connected to my HP Elitebook, latest version of Poly Lens.

  2. What Poly Headset connected to BT700
  3. What OS Windows 10 or 11

Same error from my side....any news guys?

 

i check on diferent PCs, reinstaled a Poly Lens App

 

I tried but not works on 0% update error, i check a poly less app current software version 218 to avaliable version 0.0.852.4321

Done! Now it's working!

BUT...

I performed the update using "Plantronics hub". With Poly app did not work.
