HP Recommended

I recently bought a Poly vLegend 50 and the background noice during conversations is annoying for the one in the opposite end. Previous models block out all noice, but this new one lets to much noice through! Is there a way around this? Can't find any option in the settings!  The phone it's connected to is an Samsung S26 Ultra.
