Hello @damodara55, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Focus 2.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

If your Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset is emitting a beep sound every few seconds when connecting, it might indicate an issue or alert. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

Check Battery Level:

  • Ensure that your headset is fully charged. A low battery can often cause a beeping sound. Charge your headset using the provided USB cable or charging stand until the LEDs indicate a full charge.

Bluetooth Connection:

  • Make sure your headset is properly paired with the intended device. If not, try re-pairing by putting the headset into pairing mode and connecting it again.

Interference:

  • Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices causing interference between your headset and the connected device. Move closer to the paired device to see if the beeping stops.

Firmware Update:

  • Confirm that the headset firmware is up to date using the Poly Lens App. An outdated firmware can sometimes cause connectivity issues.

Reset the Headset:

  • Try resetting the headset to clear any issues. Turn off the headset, then turn it back on and see if the issue persists.

Volume Alerts:

  • Check if the beep is a volume alert. If the volume is set too high, it may produce alerts to indicate maximum or minimum volume. Adjusting the volume slightly might resolve this.

Take care and have an amazing day!
