Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After I received the Windows 11 upgrade download, my plantronics CS540 audio, both mic and speaker, stop working when there is a notification pop up. The call is not dropped, but I cannot hear and others cannot hear me. I'll be on a call, then Microsoft teams notification will pop up and no more audio...  I am using Cicso Jabber and my Plantronics headset is plugged directly into my computer USB1 port.  A APU75D Device is used to plug into the computer.

Hello sd268597, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to inform you that Plantronics CS540 is not compatible with windows OS, hence you might be facing concerns in audio. However, CS540 is compatible with desk phones.
