HI @boycebag, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
I understand that you're looking for a replacement ear cushion for the BackBeat Go 810. While the headset has reached its end of life and is now at the end of support, you can search on Google for replacement cushions. Third-party sellers, such as Amazon.com, may have the parts you're looking for. I hope this information is helpful.
If you need further support, you can also contact our HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
