I have replacement earcup pads for my Poly Vsurround 80 headset, but I can't get the current pads off. How can I remove them?

Hello @spartanhooah, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Poly Voyager Surround 80.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please follow the steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

To replace the ear pads on your Poly Voyager Surround 80 headsets, gently hold the edge of the existing ear cushion and pull it outward to release it from the clips. Once removed, clean any remaining debris using a cotton swab. Align the new ear pad with the mounting points and press firmly until it securely clicks into place.

Have a great day!

I'm an HP Employee.

I ended up calling support. I had to pull a _lot_ harder than I expected to get the pads off.
