Microsoft Windows 11

I am using PLT V6200 .I had a problem about microphone. When i am trying to call ,  my voice didn't  send clearly. Other people can't hear my voice. I think I had this problem after firmware update.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hello Oziozmaz, welcome to the HP Poly community.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with the Poly Voyager 6200 UC. 
Recalibrate your headset sound if your voice sounds muffled on a call or if callers hear your background noise. 
1. Power off your headset for 10 seconds 
2. Power on headset in a quiet environment

how i coudln't think about it  close and open it 🙂 are you kidding or you are a chatbot? 

what kind of support is this? I have a firmware problem and your answer funny. 

Please tell me to how can i downgrade this product.

I am really sorry, rest assured this is not a chatbot, you could try the above-mentioned troubleshooting steps as the voice is not delivered clearly through the headset. Even then due to the firmware update the issue is persisting please reach out to Poly customer support at 800-985-9815 for further warranty and replacement related queries.
