error message:  Plantronics Hub is unable to connect to the server.  How do I fix this?

Hi @Esbeem1, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  


I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing with the Plantronics Hub. Please try reinstalling the Plantronics Hub application using admin mode. If the issue persists, kindly install the Poly Lens application and check if you can connect to the internet.
