Product: Voyager FOCUS2 UC USB-A

I have a Poly Focus 2 Headset used with 2 computers (headset is 3 months old).

 

Computer 1 uses the Poly USB Adapter with Windows 11.

Computer 2 uses with native Bluetooth on a few year old Dell Inspiron with Windows 11.

 

Computer 1 with the Poly USB adapter has ZERO problems.

Computer 2 can connect to bluetooth but drops the Bluetooth connection from 5 minutes to 15 minutes every time.

 

From the Poly documentation, multi-computer connections like this, any suggestions to try?

Please note that the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC headset can pair up to two devices simultaneously. It's recommended to connect the headset to the PC using a USB adapter only for better range and audio quality. Also, please ensure that firmware is up-to-date.

So, I need 2 USB adapters and pair it to those rather than using native bluetooth on the other computer?
