Can the Poly Voyager 4320 headset still be configured to listen to music from one phone while simultaneously being available to take calls from a second phone.  Support told me this feature was removed 😞  Worked great in past.  Seems now I can only connect to one phone at a time.  Any other headsets out that that can still do this?  I have two iPhones.  It used to work great for years then in early September seems to have stopped being able to connect to the two phones (one to play music on to received calls).  I know you can do this if one device is a computer but that is not permitted at my work.  Has mad my work days less enjoyable and more of a hassle.

Yes, the Poly Voyager 4320 headset can be configured to listen to music from one phone while simultaneously being available to take calls from a second phone. This is possible due to its multipoint connectivity feature, which allows it to connect to two Bluetooth devices at the same time.
How it works
The headset manages the connection and switches between devices automatically based on the activity.
  • Default audio source: The headset will stream music from the phone you start playing it on.
  • Automatic switching: If a call comes in on the second connected phone, the headset will pause the music and switch the audio over to the phone call. When the call ends, the audio will automatically switch back, and you can resume your music.
  • Prioritizing calls: The headset gives priority to incoming calls, so you don't have to manually switch your connection to answer a call.
Setup steps
  1. Pair with the first phone:
    • Put your Voyager 4320 into pairing mode by sliding and holding the power switch until you hear "pairing" and the LEDs flash red and blue.
    • Enable Bluetooth on your first phone and select "Poly V43XX Series" from the list of available devices to complete the pairing.
  2. Pair with the second phone:
    • With the first phone still connected, put the headset back into pairing mode.
    • On your second phone, navigate to your Bluetooth settings and select the headset to pair it.
  3. Confirm the connection: Once both devices are paired, the headset can maintain two active connections simultaneously. You can verify the active connections in your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  4. Start using both phones: You can now start listening to music on one phone. The headset will automatically switch to the other phone for any incoming calls.

Short answer I was given some incorrect information from support and the suggestion below resolved the issue and I am back to rock n' roll at work and ready at moments notice for incoming call.  I did alert phone center to this and they confirmed I was given incorrect information yesterday.
