Yesterday I was trying to update my new software on poly free 60 earphones and from then onwards neither it is charging nor is the charging case responding and nothing is happening

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your Voyager Free 60 earphones. I understand how important it is to have your devices functioning properly, and I’d be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the issue. Please follow the steps below:
 

1. Try a Different Charging Cable and Power Adapter
     Please verify that you are using a functional charging cable and power adapter. Sometimes issues can arise from faulty charging equipment.
2. Update the Firmware
     Ensure that both the charging case and the earphones have the latest firmware installed. You can check and update the firmware through the Poly Lens application on your PC
3. Reset the Earphones
     If the issue persists, kindly reset the Voyager Free 60 earphones using the Poly Lens application. This will restore the device to its default settings and may resolve the issue.
