Hey Guys,

 

having the same issues as described here:

I'm On macOS 14.1.

using voyager focus 2 and poly sync-m.

Tried it with bt direct connection and dongle. running the latest firmware and reset the devices already (headset and dongle)

several colleagues facing this issue as well.

 

Some colleagues switched to EPOS and they fixed that by firmware update.
