I can't get the charging case to recognize the right ear bud. It will not charge. Pins look good. Updated the charging case firmware to see if that would help. I can't upgrade the one ear bud as it needs the pair to be seen. Is this just a defective unit? The buds were not used for a couple of weeks. The right one was more discharged than the left at the time. Any suggestions? Case and left ear bud are completely charged.

To those interested. I used a multimeter and verified that the right pins on the case were indeed outputting 5v. I believe that the right earbud was so drained of power that the "logic" could not wake up and initialize. I left the device plugged in overnight. It's been my experience that any device may still charge the battery sitting on a power source. In the morning, the case still did not recognize the right ear bud. it. I was able to manually turn on and off the right earbud. So that was new as it would not power on before. When I returned it to the case, the case saw both earbuds and showed that both were fully charged. It has worked ever since. So don't let these get too low on power.
