Voyager FOCUS2 UC USB-A
macOS 12.0 Monterey

This is actually on MacOS Ventura 13.6 but that is not a selectable option in the drop down.  I am having audio quality issues on macos.

When the poly voyager focus 2 is working it's working great. My problem is that sometimes it seems to revert to poor quality, mono audio. Unplugging and re-plugging the dongle sometimes serves to restore the audio to its former self but not all the time.  When it does not work I have to restart the computer.  One behavior I've observed: often, after re-plugging the dongle, the audio is initially high quality, until a couple seconds later where I hear three beeps -- two lower frequency then one higher frequency -- after which the audio quality is bad again. Are these beeps meaningful?  Any troubleshooting to recommend?

For what it's worth, the dongle is connected to a hub as I do not have a free usb-a port on my mac.

Hello, @sdfsdf4, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am really sorry for all the trouble caused to you by the Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset.

I request that you please disconnect the USB dongle from the hub and directly connect to any other PC that has a USB port, as it should be directly connected to the PC, and check if the issue persists.

Hi Meghana -- this is not going to work for me.  The machine does not have a USB-A port.  I have no way of plugging the dongle in.
