I have a Voyager 4320 Series and BT700 USB connecter. The connecter is on verson 0.0.307.2273 and wont update. it also has alot of issue connecting. Any advice on how to make this connect and update

I have the exact issue. My headset is saying 'mute on - mute off- mute on' and refusing to have the mute turned off. I've tried to update the BT700 USB with the Poly Lens app with no luck. However I did update it with the Plantronics hub PLANTRONICS HUB FOR WINDOWS/MAC Product Information | HP® Support - download this and it allows the BT700 to update
