i have a problem 

i bought a new poly voyager free 60 uc buds 

i has very bad call quality especially in mic 

can anyone help please 

i have poly 5200 uc and it way better than the new one

Let’s try a few quick troubleshooting steps that often resolve this issue:
 

  • Check for and install any firmware updates in the free 60 UC using the Poly Lens app on your PC.
  • Disable or reset the wearing sensors through the Poly Lens app.
  • Make sure the earbuds are set as your default audio device on both your PC and softphone.
  • Reset the earbuds using the Poly Lens app on your PC.
