Peace and blessings
Since I updated the firmware for the Plantronics charger, the device stops charging completely, and the flashing blue lights go away, and even when you press the button to check the charging status, it doesn't work.
And only when I connect the cable you provided to my computer does it start working..
It should be noted that a normal charging cable that plugs into the wall also does not wake up again.
what to do

Could you please let us know if the headset is working fine and also, please try changing the case with the provided cable and check if the case is completely charged? Once done, please try to switch on the case again and check if it is switching on.

I am sorry to inform you that there is no option to reset the charging case. @yakov6
Steps to reset the headset:
1. Install Poly Lens application.
2. Connect the headset to the PC.
3. Click on Settings
4. Select Restore to Default
5. Select Confirm
The latest version of the software update for the Poly Voyager 5200 headset is 0517.0.0517. Please check for the version and update the software to the latest version if not updated.

If a firmware update is available for your device, you will be notified through the Poly Lens application under the notification tab. Additionally, you can check for updates by navigating to Settings and selecting Software Updates.

1. Please connect the device to the PC.
2. Open the Poly Lens application on the PC.
3. Go to Settings and then click on Software Updates.
If there are software updates, it will be shown on that tab.
