THERE ARE 2 BLACK DOT ON MY SCREEN. THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED ONLY 1 DAY AGO AND WHEN I TRYING TO GET A ON SITE SERVICE THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN THE SCREEN. AND THEY WILL ARRANGE A SERVICE WHEN THE PROBLEM GETS BIGGER. WHAT TO DO.

Would it be possible to post a picture of the screen so we can check if it falls under the dead pixel policy?
Also let me know where you purchased the product, whether directly from HP or a retail store
