Hello,
I got the Fury 16 g10 ZBook and downloaded all drivers from the product site here.
https://support.hp.com/de-de/drivers/hp-zbook-fury-16-g10-mobile-workstation-pc/2101628542
I Installed everything and tried to find other drivers at the internet, even the separat Chipset Drive Tool from Intel couldn't solve, that there are 2 drivers missing or not working correctly:
Where I can find the right drivers or what I have to do, to get this both working?
It's a fresh Windows 10 LTSC 2019 install. Due to firm policies I can't use a more newer version or Windows 11.
Thanks in advance for help and hints.

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager
05-12-2025 08:41 AM
Hello Paul,
I knew the hardware ID's and searched already for them.
In the meantime and with the use of other search engines I found a driver for the Wireless Management, which seems to work. You can look if this is a good one.
Still search the driver for:
Unknown Device:
ACPI\VEN_CSC&DEV_3551&SUBSYS_103C8B92
ACPI\CSC3551
*CSC3551
It is not this one:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/ACPI-Driver/td-p/7095737
Found a driver for:
Intel Wireless Manageability:
SWC\2CD1F6E8-34D3-478C-963E-D2E483BA4DFA
This one:
found that:
https://driverpack.io/de/hwids/SWC%5C2CD1F6E8-34D3-478C-963E-D2E483BA4DFA?os=windows-10-x64
Looks good to you?
Best Regards

Hi:
Glad you found the Intel wireless device.
The other one can be found on the Microsoft Update catalog website--first file on the list.
There is no executable and you have to use a free file utility such as 7-Zip to extract the drivers from the cabinet file and manually install the driver.
I have already done the unzipping with 7-Zip, renamed the file, zipped it up and attached it below.
Since there is no executable file, you will have to manually install the driver as follows:
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the ACPI\VEN_CSC&DEV_3551 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
[Manufacturer]
%MfgName%=CirrusSpbAmp, NTamd64.10.0...19041
[CirrusSpbAmp.NTamd64.10.0...19041]
%CirrusSpeakerAmp% = CONF_0000, ACPI\VEN_CSC&DEV_3551 ; generic CS35L51
%CirrusSpeakerAmp% = CONF_0000, ACPI\VEN_CSC&DEV_3554 ; generic CS35L54
%CirrusSpeakerAmp% = CONF_0000, ACPI\VEN_CSC&DEV_3556 ; generic CS35L56
%CirrusSpeakerAmp% = CONF_0000, ACPI\VEN_CLSA&DEV_0100 ; Y760-AMD

Hi again,
thank you for the driver. I tested but it didn't worked. Seems to be not the right one.
Message is: "Windows couldn't find a driver for the device"
after I let him search in the extracted folder.
Yesterday I found a similar driver and tested it with the same result:
https://www.driveridentifier.com/scan/cirrus-logic-awesome-speaker-amps-driver/driver-detail/1C3AC47...
It seems to be a Sound related device.
Why my two missing drivers are not in the HP support site for the Notebook available? I installed a lot of Notebooks before from HP and everytime all drivers could be found at the support site for the device.
You have more Ideas, how to get this device running?
Best Regards

You're very welcome.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to run the Audio driver from your notebook's support page, and then try manually installing the driver using the method I gave you.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp157001-157500/sp157063.exe
When you run the driver, it will unpack to C:\SWSetup\sp157063.
I used the 7-Zip file utility to unzip the exe file into its folder and the driver that is supposed to install that device is located in the src>driver>CsAudioPkg folder.

Hello Paul,
I already had the support page driver (sp157063), but this device doesn't want to use it, Because it is not the right driver, was also shown.
Several Audio devices are installed:
What I found out. The Speakers and the mic doesn't work, with Windows. Maybe this missing device is for that (never heard before that speakers need an extra driver, but a lot of things are technical possible).
But the Sound itself is playing and i see the volume bars dancing for the sources. If I put in an external speaker, I can hear the sound.
So I thought, maybe the speakers have a malfunction. But I tried with an Ubuntu Boot Stick and under Linux the internal laptop speakers works fine. So it seems all this is related to the missing device driver.
Best Regards

Hi:
Yes, I agree the sound doesn't work due to that missing driver but since the driver folder is resident in the HP driver file and the driver I gave you from Microsoft didn't work either, unfortunately, I will have to give up on this one.
Presumably, your notebook is still under warranty so I recommend you contact HP customer service starting at the link below and see if a HP support tech can help.
