Hello,
i don't know if the correct way to report a PC problem. I have a HP ELITEBOOK x 360 1020 G2, PRODID IEQ18EA#ABZ, bought on Dicembre 2017.
During the utilization of the PC there seems to be an overheating of the processor and the fan starts with a loud noise.
Could you give me some information on what i should have to do.
Thank you very much

Hi,
You could try updating chipset drivers and BIOS and see if it helps.

If the problem persists and the PC is under warranty you should contact HP support directly for servicing:

Hope it helps,
David
