hi 

I bought hp elitebook 840 G3 

Is my product is original or not...?

Serial No: [Personal Information Removed]

Product No: 4NL45PA#ACJ

Please help me...when I searched in the warrant link ,it's showing product number can not be find.

840 G3  is a series of many similar machines. Warranty information from HPSA will tell you. For example

Hello

 

Serial Number tells you the year and week of manufacturing. exemple

 

5CG630xxxx

 

firt 3 digits is the manuafacturing site.

the 4th digit is the manufacturing year , 6 means 2016

30 is the week of production.

xxxx are incremental digits.

840 G3 has been built from 2013 to 2016 , mayby 2017 too.

 

The standard warranty was 3 years.
